Commercial and public buildings will be subject to energy inspection of air conditioning systems from 2008. Building managers are encouraged to improve energy efficiency of buildings subject to the EPBD directive.
Asset owners should have regular inspection and maintainence of air conditioning systems to gain a good rating for energy performance, and improve your asset rating.
